Project Details
Completed in June of 2022, this 47,000-square-foot renovated building includes a shell and fitout space for Penn State Health Pediatrics.
The existing steel structure and roof joists were re-purposed and reinforced to accommodate the new building design and function for Penn State Health including some additional shell space for future expansion.
High Construction was contracted for selective demolition, site paving and improvements, and full interior fit-out construction as a Medical Office Building.
The exterior of the building includes Nichiha® Fiber Cement Panels, groundface masonry veneer, large curtainwall, storefronts, ACM canopies, and a custom glass canopy at the main entrance.
The Penn State Health Pediatrics building includes 20 medical and surgical pediatric specialty and sub-specialty services as well as consultations with expert neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, psychiatrists, and behavioral health specialists.
